When we first started this session out--the weather was gorgeous. Connor and Shannen brought their pup, Buddy. He is just a few months old--and you can imagine how excited he was to see all the people around him. An hour later--BAM! We were hit with some strong gusts of wind and rain. It was like a hurricane--seriously. Florida and the weather is so unpredictable. I say this so many times. Thank God Connor brought an extra shirt and I store some bubble umbrellas in my trunk at all times as part of my inventory. With all this, I'm so elated with the results of this session.

I used to not be fond of night shots, but as years go went by and learning the different techniques to make an images look FAB-U-LOUS... I must say that my mind has made a 360 degree turn. I'll do that backlit image at every possible opportunity.

Some of you may know this. I used to live in Peachtree City, GA after moving from the Philippines more than a decade ago. I met Daniel and Linda through an old high school friend, and got a chance to photograph their engagement session during my visit up there. It was cold, dark, and gloomy--but I try to take advantage of every situation to make the most moving images. I hope you enjoy!

When I first met Johanna for our consultation, all the details and plans for this wedding was so overwhelming. I got so excited since then, that I literally lived and relived her wedding three times (or more). First, it was the dreams I had at the night of this event. Second, it was the actual event. Third, it was through the photographs I captured. Paul and Johanna are such an amazing couple. They are deeply in love and one of the kindest couples out there. If you know the two of them, you know that it is true. One of her guests said during the speeches, "if I would define beauty, I would say it is what Johanna is". That is so true.
